NewDent Laboratory is a boutique, digitally focused dental lab based in Aurora, Ontario. We work closely with dentists and specialists to support everyday restorative cases as well as complex implant and full-arch treatments. Our goal is simple: to make your work easier chairside and help your patients leave the office smiling.

We combine careful hand finishing with modern CAD/CAM workflows, high-strength materials and accurate shade communication. From single crowns to multi-unit bridges, veneers and full-arch zirconia, we focus on fit, function and esthetics so you spend less time adjusting and more time with your patients.

For digital practices, we accept scans from all major intraoral scanners and provide clear, friendly communication at every step. For traditional workflows, we handle models and impressions with the same attention to detail. CROWN & BRIDGE

From single units to full‑arch rehabilitations, our crown and bridge department focuses on precise fit, functional occlusion and natural esthetics. We work with high‑strength monolithic zirconia, layered ceramics and conventional PFM to match each case with the most appropriate material and shade. Every restoration is digitally designed and finished under magnification to minimize chairside adjustments and deliver predictable results.

Our in‑house CAD/CAM center mills zirconia, PMMA, wax and other materials using open‑architecture equipment. We accept digital files from all major intraoral scanners or provide model scanning in our lab. Fast, consistent milling and controlled sintering cycles allow us to deliver strong, accurate frameworks and provisionals with reliable turnaround times.
